QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in specialty coffee roasting.
  • Strong understanding of coffee bean origins, flavor profiles, and roast levels. Proficient in cupping and quality control for evaluating roast results.
  • Familiarity with various roasting techniques and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills to work with the roasting team and other departments.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement in coffee roasting.
