QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in specialty coffee roasting.
- Strong understanding of coffee bean origins, flavor profiles, and roast levels. Proficient in cupping and quality control for evaluating roast results.
- Familiarity with various roasting techniques and equipment.
- Strong communication skills to work with the roasting team and other departments.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement in coffee roasting.
